We aim to dispatch all Hair Bundles and Closures within 5–7 business days.

All Custom-Made Wigs are handcrafted to order and are typically dispatched within 10–14 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can choose from the following UK delivery options:

Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £10.99

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £7.99

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary during peak periods.

UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Returns & Refunds

At OSHAIR, all sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the bespoke services we offer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to hair bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, accessories, and custom-made wigs.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact support@oshair.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so our team can investigate and provide appropriate assistance.
