All our Custom Made Wigs are hand made especially for you! Due to the level of customisation we are unable to offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your wig, please ensure to inform us within 72 hours of receiving your wig. Email us support@oshair.co.uk along with pictures. So we an assist and advise.
Please do not return any item without informing us first.

You can bleach, dye and process our Virgin and Raw hair.
Our Virgin hair can be bleached to #27.
Raw hair can be bleached to #613.
We advise you get you hair professionally bleached for the best results.
Wig density is the amount of hair that is added on the cap to create a particular look.
Majority of our wigs are 180% density, Bob's are 150% density.
150 % Density - 2 bundles
180% Density - 3 Bundles
200% Density - 4 Bundles
This totally depends on the style you're trying to achieve.
10"-14" (BOB) - 2 Bundles is enough for a lightweight bob. If you would like a fuller look - 3 bundles
16"-24" - 3 Bundles
26"-30" - 4/5 Bundles
30" + - 6 Bundles
